Donations Policy

Thank you for Fundraising for Casey North CISS

All money raised via fundraising events and appeals must be returned to Casey North CISS within 14 days of completion and once the authorised fundraising appeal is complete, all fundraising must crease immediately. 

All fundraising monies must be sent to Casey North CISS by way of cheque or electronic funds transfer.   Donations and fundraising monies may be paid at any time via our online SecurePay Payment service.

Receipts

Once the activity is completed, fundraisers should provide Casey North CISS with a list of donors along with full financial records from the activity no later than three weeks after the event.  If requested Casey North CISS will send out receipts to donors once this information has been received.

For donations made online via our SecurePay donations page, a receipt will be forwarded to the contact address or email provided.

Donations over $2 are tax deductible

Donation Dispute Policy

If there was a problem with your payment, please email cnciss@caseynorthciss.com.au with details including your name, date of payment and the amount being disputed.   We will consider requests for refunds and endeavour to ensure that genuine errors are rectified.  

Casey North CISS will consider requests for refunds for donations made in error within 60 days of the date of the donation.
